On this page you can find enrollment for our summer programs and theater clubs via the buttons below. [Note: audition sign-ups for the 2022 Wisconsin community theater can be found by clicking the red ‘show information’ button above]
 

• First-time families fill out two forms:
  1) Summer Program Enrollment       2) Medical / Photo Release     

• Returning families only need fill out the enrollment form,
  unless there are significant changes / updates to the medical forms we have.

• Theater Club families only need fill out the Theater Club Enrollment Form (link via first purple button below)

• NOTE: families who have done our theater clubs but not our summer programs use the first-time families enrollment link.
